Photographing Children in New Mexico: When I photograph children I have the opportunity to capture many expressions. It is important for me to document a child’s individual personalty in a creative and fun way. During a session I am fortunate to see many sides of a little boy or girl’s characteristics and my experience varies with each interaction.

The Espanola Valley Humane Society is made up of truly unique and capable individuals who work diligently for their cause. They really are an “open door to animals in need.” This year, they are holding a “Halloween Hootenanny” event to help raise funds for the organization. I have been working on a special project related to the event and hope to gather tons of support. The fundraiser will be held Saturday, October 24th at 7pm at El Museo in the Railyard here in Santa Fe.
